Zaryadye Park
The largest landscape Park in Moscow with 10.2 ha territory. It was opened on the City day in September 2017. The Zaryadye Park is the first major new park, created in the center of the capital during the last 70 years. At the opening ceremony Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin said: "It's not just a park, it is an educational, informative, and architectural space." The Park was built in the record time. Every day 5 thousand people were working here round the clock.

The real heart of Moscow and the whole of Russia. The size of the Red Square is 24 750 m², it is 330 meters long and 75 meters wide. The square is а pedestrian zone, vehicular traffic here was banned in 1963. An exception is made for the car of the Defense Minister opening the parade on the 9th of May, the Victory Day.

The street was named in honor of the city of Dmitrov, whence came a large part of its inhabitants – artisans. From 1937 to 1994 its name was Pushkinskaya, although the only thing that linked the street with the poet - the giant gambling debt. The street was named after the Monastery of the Exaltation of the Honest Life-Giving Cross of the Lord on the Island. It was founded by Ivan the Terrible, but then burned by the troops of Napoleon and was never revived. In 1820 houses for the families of the priests, who served in the Kremlin churches, were built on this place. For some time the street was known as the street of the Comintern, and later as Kalinin street.

When the Moscow Kremlin was being constructed, Neglinnaya river was flowing just at the site of today's location of the Alexandrovsky garden. In 1817- 1819 it was enclosed in a tunnel. In 1812, after the inglorious outcome of Napoleon from Moscow, a huge part of the city was burned, the Emperor Alexander I ordered to lay out a gorgeous garden under the Kremlin wall, which still bears his name. Manezhnaya square is adjacent to the garden.
